THE SPACE:
This single-level Morro Bay home has a style all its own, with natural wood finishes, brick construction, and plenty of character throughout.
The home features two bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The bathroom has been recently remodeled and features a walk-in shower with new tile and updated fixtures.
The comfortable living room includes a fireplace and provides a welcoming place to relax after a day along the coast.
The kitchen is fully equipped for an extended stay with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and dining space. Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Step outside onto the front deck and enjoy the fresh coastal air and views toward the harbor and ocean. Outdoor seating and dining space make this a great spot for morning coffee, an afternoon book, or a relaxed meal outside. The property also offers a private fenced yard and outdoor grill.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
