Welcome to your comfortable coastal home in Morro Bay! This nicely furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end-unit condo offers sweeping ocean views across Main Street and Highway 1, making it a relaxing spot to settle in for a month or longer.
Enjoy the views from the upstairs deck, where you can take in the ocean, coastal skies, and beautiful Morro Bay sunsets. Inside, the home is comfortably furnished and well suited for extended stays, with plenty of space to relax and feel at home.
The condo includes a dedicated parking space and, as an end unit, offers a little more privacy. Conveniently located for enjoying Morro Bay, the Embarcadero, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and everything the Central Coast has to offer.

Check-In & Check-Out:
Prior to arrival, you will receive instructions for accessing the property. A lockbox with a key is located at the property. At departure, please follow the provided check-out instructions and return the key as directed.
About the Area:
Morro Bay is a beautiful Central Coast community with beaches, hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, surfing, fishing, whale watching, restaurants and shops nearby.
Montaña de Oro State Park is a local favorite for its beaches, coastal trails, sand dunes and incredible ocean views. Nearby Elfin Forest in Los Osos offers scenic walking trails overlooking Morro Bay.
Morro Bay has several local shops offering surf and wetsuit rentals, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, bikes and other beach gear. Whale-watching excursions and fishing trips also depart from the Morro Bay harbor.
San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly are approximately 20–30 minutes away. Head north along Highway 1 to explore Cayucos, Cambria, San Simeon, the elephant seal rookery and Hearst Castle. The Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions also make for great day trips during an extended stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
